ZUCCHINI BROWNIE
ZUCCHINI BROWNIE November 2015

Brownie containing zucchini, Organic Coconut Oil and cacao.

For one batch:
3 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
2-3 st drops of Fitnessguru Stevia Drops - vanilla
2,3 dl Organic Almond Flour
1 large zucchini (finely grated)
1 dl cacao powder
2 tsp powder yeast
2 eggs
0,5 dl honey
a pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients, except for the zucchini, in a food mixer until smooth. Add the zucchini and mix well. Greace a cake tin with Organic Coconut Oil and then pour in the batter. Bake in oven for approx. 45 minutes or until the cake has a golden brown color.
