Vegetarian and low calorie sushi made with fitnessnoodles.
1 package Fitness noodles®
1 Seaweed Leaf, nori
10 cm Cucumber
Add the noodles in a strainer covered with paper towels so that they become dry. Cut the cucumber, carrot and avocado into long thin slices. Place a piece of plastic wrap on a cutting board and place the seaweed sheet of plastic. Divide the noodles on the seaweed sheet in about 1/2 cm thick. Apply a thin string wasabi. Divide the carrot, avocado and cucumber. Roll up and store in the freezer for about 1 hour. Cut the roll into pieces with a sharp knife. Serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.
