Delicious spinach soup full och antioxidants, protein and nutrients!

2 servings
1.5 scoops One Bake®
1 tbsp Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
1 Yellow onion
1 clove Garlic
1 Vegetable broth dice
ca 400 g fryst Spenat 
4 dl Water
Salt, pepper

Chop onions and garlic and fry gently in coconut oil. Add spinach, water and broth cubes and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and add protein powder. Blend the soup to a smooth texture with a blender. Serve the soup with soft-boiled eggs and pine nuts.
