Salted Peanut Butter Caramel Nana BitesNovember 2017
6 fresh dates
1 dl rolled oats
1 tbsp linseeds
pinch of vanilla powder
3-5 drops Fitnessguru Stevia Drops Caramel
1-2 tbsp water
2 dl rolled oats
2 tbsp linseeds or chopped nuts
Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
pinch of salt
½ One Whey Bar Zero Caramel
1,5 tbsp honey
Peanut Butter Sauce
2 tbsp Fitnessguru Peanut Butter Creamy
1-2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp honey
1,5 dl salted peanuts
honey as topping
Mix the dates until it becomes a puré. Add rolled oats, linseeds, vanilla powder, and stevia drops and mix until you get a sticky dough. Add a parchment paper at the bottom of a freezer proof container. Press the dough to the bottom of the container and put in the freezer.
Heat up some coconut oil in a frying pan. Add rolled oats, nuts, and seeds together with a pinch of salt, the protein bar cut into pieces, and honey. Fry until golden. Put to the side.
Peanut butter sauce
Mix peanut butter with hot water and honey until the sauce is creamy.
Take the bottom layer out of the freezer. Cut the banana into pieces and layer on top of the bottom. Spread peanut butter sauce over the banana and top with chopped up peanuts. Place in the freezer for one hour. Sprinkle the crunch and top with honey to set it. Freeze for another hour.
Take the container out of the freezer and let thaw for 15 minutes. Cut into smaller pieces and serve.
