Zero calorie fitness noodles with homemade pesto and grilled halloumi.

2 packets Fitness noodles®
250 g Halloumi

1 Garlic cloves
1 bunch Basil
1/4 dl Pine
1/2 dl Olive oil
about 20 g of finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch black Pepper

Mix the ingredients for the pesto with a hand blender to desired consistency. Slice halloumi and fry over medium heat a few minutes on each side. Mix pesto with Fitness noodles® and serve with halloumi and for example cherry tomatoes.
