Gingerbread GranolaDecember 2016
100 g chopped nuts. e.g. hazelnuts and almonds
50 g rolled oats
35 g One Bake
1-2 One Whey Bar Gingerbread, chopped
10 g chia seeds
1/2 tsp of each: ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamom, vanilla sugar, and salt.
35 g Fitnessguru Coconut Oil, melted
40-50 g natural sweetener like agave syrup, coconut syrup or honey
40 g Fitnessguru Peanut Butter Crunchy
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients together with the dry mixture and blend well. Spread the granola on a parchment paper on a baking pan and drizzle some extra syrup or honey for an extra caramelized flavor. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes.
