Fruit and nut bread with Christmas spices

November 2017

1 dl dried cranberries
1 dl sesame seeds
½ dl linseeds
1 dl walnuts and/or hazelnuts
1 dl pumpkin seeds
2 dl sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp psyllium husk
4 dl rolled oats
1,5 dl One Bake
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp honey
½ dl Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
4 dl hot water
pinch of salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cardamom

Heat up the oven to 175 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl. Add honey, hot water, and coconut oil and knead the dough until all ingredients are mixed in. Let it rest under a baking cloth for 30-45 minutes. Bake the bread in a bread tin for 1 hour. Cool off on a grate pan with a baking cloth if you want a soft crust and without if you want a crusty crust.
