Coconut Bliss Balls
Coconut Bliss Balls November 2015

Bliss Balls with cashew, coconut and lemon.

8 Bliss Balls
2 tbsp Organic Almond flour
1 tbsp Organic Coconut oil
2.5 dl cashews
0.5 dl grated coconut

2 tbsp honey
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix all ingredients in a food processor (except for 2 tbsp grated coconut) until everything is thoroughly combined. Make 8 small firm balls out of the mixture and roll through the extra grated coconut. They taste even better if you let them cool in the fridge for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
