70 gr almond flour
200 ml unsweetened almond milk pinch of salt
Fitnessguru Organic Coconut oil
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine. Lightly oil (use coconut oil) a pan or griddle and turn the heat up to medium-low or to medium.Cook pancakes for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.
Top them with your favorite toppings; fresh fruit, goji berries, chia seeds, yoghurt, peanut butter, nuts, honey, maple syrup etc.
