Oat flour, whey protein concentrates, dextrose, cocoa powder (10-12%), natural and artificial flavours (chocolate, vanilla cream), salt, sweeteners (acelsulfame-k, sucralose), stabiliser (xanthan gum).
Mix one serving (1½ scoops or 55 grams) with 300-500 ml beverage of your choice. For best results, take three servings daily, preferably during breakfast or a break in between meals. As the name suggests, it can substitute for a real meal.

Adjust flavour intensity by mixing with various amounts of liquid. For a richer flavor with more body and sweetness, mix one serving with 300-400 ml water per serving. For a milder taste, use 400-500 ml water per serving.
SHAKER: The best to keep your protein at hand at all times. Add one portion to 300-500 ml water, milk or your favourite beverage and shake for 25-30 seconds. If you do not have a shaker, you can design your own by choosing from over 1,000 different combinations of colours and sizes.
MIXER: Add one serving of One Meal® to 300-500 ml water, milk or preferred beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for another 20 seconds or until the drink reaches desired consistency.
