One Meal® is a complete, healthy and nutritious meal that can replace several regular meals or complement them. Every portion of One Meal® contains 21 grams of protein, which is more than that found in three eggs.
A tool to help you achieve your goals
If you want to reduce your daily calorie intake or lose weight, you can replace one or two regular meals with a One Meal® shake. If you instead want to increase muscle, you can add One Meal® as a snack between your regular meals 2-3 times a day. Each serving contains 212 kcal with 24 g of complex carbohydrates. Choose quality over quantity when it comes to carbs
You may not think carbohydrates sound healthy but they are actually one of the cornerstones of a well-balanced diet. Complex carbohydrates contain fibers that help slow down the breakdown of sugar and starch, so you won't get peaks and troughs in blood sugar and insulin levels.
Among the very best high quality carbohydrates are whole grains such as in the oatmeal found in One Meal®. Each 55 gram portion contains a full 24 grams of these high quality carbohydrates.

Mix one serving (1½ scoops or 55 grams) with 300-500 ml beverage of your choice. For best results, take three servings daily, preferably during breakfast or a break in between meals. As the name suggests, it can substitute for a real meal.
FOR WEIGHT REDUCTION: Replace two of your regular meals with One Meal® daily.
FOR LEAN GAINS: Supplement your ordinary diet with 2-3 portions of One Meal® daily.
Adjust flavour intensity by mixing with various amounts of liquid. For a richer flavor with more body and sweetness, mix one serving with 300-400 ml water per serving. For a milder taste, use 400-500 ml water per serving.
SHAKER: The best to keep your protein at hand at all times. Add one portion to 300-500 ml water, milk or your favourite beverage and shake for 25-30 seconds. If you do not have a shaker, you can design your own by choosing from over 1,000 different combinations of colours and sizes.
MIXER: Add one serving of One Meal® to 300-500 ml water, milk or preferred beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for another 20 seconds or until the drink reaches desired consistency.
STACKED SHAKE: By adding fresh or frozen fruits, peanut butter, coconut oil or other nutritional ingredients and supplements like One Creatine® you can easily upgrade your shake into a nutritious meal with added benefits for muscle building, recovery and performance.
NOT JUST A DRINK: One Meal® is a lovely companion to oatmeal, yoghurt or cereal milk. Increase the protein content of your pastries, muffins, cookies and brownies by adding 1 serving to your favourite recipes.
USE: Consume 2-3 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day through a combination of high protein foods and supplements.
TIP: One Meal® is a meal replacement and can be used with other protein products. Combine slow-release protein like One Casein® with faster protein like One Whey® at different times for maximum effect. Use One Whey® at breakfast after overnight fasting for a quick boost of amino acid levels. Use One Casein® immediately before sleep and in between meals when slow protein absorption is preferable.
