Cold and spicy salmon and noodle salad

This cold salmon and noodle sallad is ready in no time, perfect as a fresh and healthy lunch. 

Cold and spicy salmon and noodle salad
2 packs Fitness Noodles®
1 tbsp Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
200-300 g Salmon
1 Mango / 1 pack of Frozen shopped mango
1 Avocado 
1 Chili 
1 pack of Edamame beans 100 g
Sesame oil
Soy sauce / Tamari 
Sweet sour sauce
Argula or any other sallad
Juice of a Lime

Marinate the noodles in sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet sour sauce, let rest. Chop mango, avocado, edamame beans and chili and mix in a bowl. Cut the salmon into cubes and fry in Fitness coconutoil® at high to medium heat for about 2 minutes. If you like salmon raw, marinate the cubes along with the fitness noodles® and serve sashimi style. Lay the sallad and fitness noodles® on two plates or a big platter, add the mango and avocado mix, top of with salmon, koriander and lime juice. Enjoy!

TIP: You can vary the type of protein as well as the spices in the marinade for variations of this tasty noodle sallad!
