Ingredients:

Cookie Dough
1 dl almond flour
60 g Fitnessguru Peanut Butter Crunchy  
30 g agave syrup or honey 
½ tsp vanilla powder 

Date Puré
10 dates
1 tbsp Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
1 tbsp water 
½ tsp vanilla powder 
pinch of salt
Fitnessguru Peanut Butter Crunchy or peanuts

Chocolate Sauce
20 g Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
40 g agave syrup or honey 
1,5 tbsp raw cacao

Method:
Mix almond flour with peanut butter, agave syrup / honey and vanilla powder to a dough. Press the dough out on a baking sheet with your fingers, it is easier with wet hands, to a 0,5 cm thick rectangle. Freeze. Mix dates with coconut oil, water, vanilla powder, and salt until it becomes a puré. Spread the puré over the dough. Sprinkle copped peanuts or drizzle some peanut butter over the puré. Freeze for at least 15 minutes. Melt coconut oil, honey / agave syrup and cacao and mix until it becomes a chocolate sauce. Take the half done snicker cookie out of the freezer and cut into smaller bites. Spread a layer of chocolate sauce over the peanuts and freeze until solid.
