1 banana
1 One Whey Bar Zero Caramel
2 tsp Fitnessguru Peanut Butter Crunchy
30 g Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
1 tbsp honey
1 dl rolled oats
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tsp cacao
1 tbsp Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
1,5 tbsp cacao
1,5 scoop One Whey Dark Chocolate
1 dl oat milk
1 tbsp honey

Slice the banana and put them in the freezer.

Microwave the protein bar for 10 seconds or until it gets soft. Cut it into 0,5cm thick slices and form each slice to a 3x2cm rectangle. Place in the freezer. 
Gravestone writing
Mix the peanut butter with a little bit of water. With a toothpick, write RIP on the gravestones. Put back in freezer until text is solid. 
Chocolate granola
Heat up a frying pan with coconut oil and honey. Add oats, flour, and cacao. Fry until everything is roasted evenly. 
Chocolate cream
Melt coconut oil and honey in a small sauce pan. Lower the heat and sift cacao and One Whey. Stir until the mixture becomes think and grainy. Add the milk and whisk until smooth and lump free.

Add a couple of sliced banana pieces at the bottom of some shot glasses. Pour over the chocolate cream and top with granola and a gravestone. 

Enjoy right away or let cool in the fridge for 30-60 minutes before serving.
