Fitness noodle teriyaki

Try our beef teriyaki with a fresh fitness noodle sallad, a delicious and low calorie dish.

3 packs Fitness Noodles®
600 g Minute steak
1 dl Teriyaki sauce
200 g Edamame beans
10 Radishes
1 pack Sugar snaps
Fresh coriander
Sesame seeds
Salt and pepper

Juice from 1 Lime
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbls Light soy
4 tbls Olive oil or oil of choice
2 tbls Water
1 clove of Garlic
1 Chilli

Slice the minute steak thinly and mix with the teriyaki sauce, let rest. Mix the juice from 1 lime, sesame oil, soy, garlic and minced chilli. Heat a dry skillet and roast the sesame seeds until golden brown. Bring water to a boil, and cook the noodles for 2 minutes. Cut radishes, coriander and sugar snaps, combine with the noodles. Fry the steak skewers quickly on high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the minute steak on top of the noodle salad. Top off with roasted sesame seeds and coriander. Enjoy!

TIP: Vary the protein to your favourite meat or make vegetarian alternatives with quorn, tofu, portabello mushrooms or vegetables.
