Approximately 7 pancakes
1/2 dl aquafaba (cooking liquid of beans and other legumes like chickpeas)
1/2 banana, mushed
3/4 dl buckwheat flour
1 1/4 dl almond milk
2 tsp Fitnessguru Coconut Oil, melted
Fitnessguru Hazelnut Spread
Whisk all ingredients to a batter until there are no lumps. Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat and pour the batter in the pan to make medium sized pancakes. Lift the edges of the pancake to see when they are ready to be flipped, they should fry 1-2 minutes on each side if the temperature is right. Add more coconut oil to the pan after each pancake. Serve with Fitnessguru Hazelnut Spread, coconut shreds, banana and berries.
