2 fresh dates
5 dl milk
2 tsp raw cacao
½-1 scoops One Whey Dark Chocolate or One Whey Essentials Double Rich Chocolate
a pinch of vanilla powder
1 One Whey Bar Chocolate Crisp
Mix the dates in a mixer with a little hot water until it becomes a date syrup. Heat up milk together with the date syrup in a small sauce pan. Sift cacao, One Whey, and add the vanilla powder. Whisk until there are no lumps left and the milk is warm. Serve together with a One Whey Bar Chocolate Crisp for an extra chocolaty snack.
