Chia 'Slime' Pudding

Chia pudding layered with a Green Boost mixture full of vitamins!

For 2 Chia Bowls

Chia layer
2 st Fitnessguru Stevia Drops - Natural
or your flavour of choice
3 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
300 ml organic milk
0,5 tsp cinnamon

Green layer
2 st Fitnessguru Stevia Drops - Natural
2 tbsp Green Boost
400 g (soy) yogurt 
or quark
juice of 1/2 lime

Mix chia seeds, milk, stevia drops and cinnamon in a small bowl or glass jar. Put in refrigerator for a minimum of 20 minutes to 1 hour. Stir every five minutes or as often as you can.

Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the green layer in a bowl. Make sure your pudding looks thick and the chia seeds have gelled. Layer the pudding with the green mixture. Top with fruit, nuts and seeds or a chopped up One Whey® Protein Bar.
