Autumn Protein Popsicles
June 2017Beautiful and easy to make Autumn Protein Popsicles.
4 popsicles
1 scoop One Whey® Vanilla White Chocolate
250 g low-fat quark
3 tbsp water
fruits - such as strawberries, figs, kiwi fruit or blueberries or your fruit of choice
Wash and chop the fruit and put them into popsicles forms. Mix the other ingredients and pour on top. Place in the freezer overnight.
