We strongly recommend that you start with one teaspoon of MCT Oil Powder daily and build your way up to 2 tablespoons per day over a couple of weeks.
Consuming too much MCT powder, especially on an empty stomach, may result in gastrointestinal discomfort. 1-3 tablespoons per day is recommended for experienced users. You can mix MCT Oil Powder with your daily coffee or tea, or put it in a healthy shake or smoothie.
Do not heat above 150°C.
