How do I shop at Fitnessguru?

If you know what you are looking for, use the menu to navigate to a category, e.g. “protein” or “fat burners”. When you have found the right product, chose a flavor and use the “add to cart” button. View your cart by clicking on “shopping cart” in the top right corner. Then fill out your address information in the check out if you are pleased with your order.

Which payment methods does Fitnessguru accept?

Our partner Klarna administrates all of our payments. You can choose between paying with the invoice as well as credit card or pay directly through your internet bank. Through Klarna you also have the possibility to use their service of partial payments. Time to time we have campaigns with extra long payment time, completely free from interest. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time is normally between 4-9 working days, depending on which city you live in.

How much does the shipping cost?

If your order is more than 75 GBP the shipping is for free, otherwise, a shipping cost of 7 GBP is added.

I haven’t received my order confirmation, what do I do?

What happens if I don’t claim my parcel?

The package will be at the post office for 10 days before it will be sent back to our storage. For an unredeemed package, you as a customer will be charged a fee of 29 GBP.
