Broccoli and cauliflower soup with beef jerky crunch

A smooth, rich and healthy vegetable soup filled with protein.

Vegetable soup
1-2 tbsp One Bake®
2 pack Beef Jerky
300 g broccoli
300 g cauliflower
2 cubes of Vegetable stock
5 1/2 dl Water
6 1/2 dl Milk
1 Onion
1 tsp Oil
1 dl Creme fraiche

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Celsius. Spread the Beef Jerky over a baking sheet covered baking pan. Peel, chop and fry the onion soft in oil. Add water and vegetable stock and put to a light boil. Add the cauliflower in pieces and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and simmer until all pieces are soft. Mix the vegetables with a hand mixer whilst adding the milk and favourite seasonings and let simmer. Put the beef jerky in the oven for about 1-3 minutes depending on how crunchy you want your flakes. Add the protein and creme fraiche to the pot and mix to a smooth soup, serve with creme fraiche or quark and beef jerky crunch. Enjoy!
