Treat yourself to this amazing protein infused rhubarb and strawberry pie.

Rhubarb and strawberry protein pie
Batter
1 scoop One Whey® Vanilla White Chocolate
2 tbsp Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
3 tbsp Coconut flour
2,5 tbsp Shredded coconut
1 pinch of Vanilla powder
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Cinnamon
1 tbsp Fitnessguru - Stevia drops - Natural or your sweetener of choice
1-1,5 tbsp Water

Filling
350 g Bhubarb
350 g Strawberries
2 tbsp Fitnessguru - Stevia drops - Natural or your sweetener of choice
1 pinch of Cinnamon
1 pinch of Vanilla powder
1,5 tbsp Water

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Chop the fruit into pieces and blend with stevia, water, cinnamon and vanilla. Spread the mixture in a baking pan. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Mix all the dry ingredients for the batter then add the wet ingredients, stir. Sprinkle the batter over the fruit  and bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes. ENJOY!

TIP: Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or vanilla sauce.
