Healthy, vegetarian and raw Fitness noodle sallad.

Fitness noodles
3 packs of Fitness Noodles®
200 g Edamame beans/soybeans
2 Carrots
1 Cucumber
1-2 Pak choi
A bunch fresh coriander
Olive oil/Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
2 Lime

Rinse the noodles with water. Cut pak choi roughly. Slice the carrots and cucumber with a vegetable peeler. Mix the noodles with the vegetables and edamame beans. Squeeze some lime juice over the noodle sallad and add a few tablespoons of japanese soy. Season your dish with coriander and sesame or olive oil, top with more coriander and sesame seeds. Mix and serve. Enjoy!
