Vegan Oatmeal
Vegan Oatmeal May 2017

1 portion

Ingredients:

Oatmeal
1 dl rolled oats
1 tbsp psyllium seeds
2,5 dl nut milk of your choice
1-2 tbsp hemp protein with vanilla flavor

Smoothie
1 dl raspberries
1 frozen banana 
1 tbsp hemp protein with vanilla flavor

Toppings
One Way Bar Zero Raspberry  
müsli 
coconut shreds
raspberries
nut milk

Method:
Bring the oats, seeds, and nut milk to a boil in a small sauce pan. When the porridge almost is done add the hemp protein and mix. Mix all the ingredients for the smoothie in a mixer. Serve the smoothie over the oatmeal and top with One Way Bar Zero Raspberry pieces, nut milk, müsli, coconut shreds and raspberries.
