Ingredients
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tbsp Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
400 g crushed tomatoes
4 dl water
1 Vegetable broth dice

1.5 scoops One Bake®
1 package Fitness noodles®, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp crème fraîche
Salt
Pepper

Method:

Fry the chopped onion in Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil in a medium saucepan, when translucent add the garlic. Add crushed tomatoes, water and the vegetable broth dice, and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Blend the soup in a blender and when it is smooth add One Bake and blend for another 10 seconds on low speed. Add the Fitnessguru Noodles into the soup and season with salt and pepper. Serve with crème fraîche.
