Super Moist Pineapple Cake

Savory pineapple cake with natural sweetening and superfood.

3 dl Organic Almond Flour
3 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
½ tsp Fitnessguru Stevia Drops - Lemon
1 ready to eat pineapple (cleaned and sliced)
2 tsp yeast
2 eggs
50 gram Honey
50 gram Oatmeal

Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all the above (except the pineapple) in a food processor, until everything is thoroughly mixed. Add the pineapple. Grease a cake mold – with coconut oil – of your choice and pour in the mixture. Bake for around 45 minutes or until golden brown.
