Saffron Balls

Rawfood balls made with superfood and dried fruit!

For 8 rawfood balls:
Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
8 st dates
8 soft dried apricots
50 gram mixed nuts
3 tbsp water
1 pinch saffron

Combine all the above (except the chia) in a food processor until everything is thoroughly crushed and combined. Make 8 small firm balls out of the mixture and roll in the chia seeds on a platter. They taste even better if you let them cool in the fridge. Enjoy!
