Glutenfree pizza September 2015

Pizza made  with almond flour, coconut oil and herbs.

1 Pizza base
1 scoop One Bake®
1 tablespoon Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil

1 dl Almond flour
2 tbsp Psyllium husk
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Oregano
1.5 dl Water
Ricotta cheese

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix together all the ingredients for a thicker batter with a hand blender. Add baking paper on a plate. Pour the batter and spread it out quite thinly with a spatula into a round shape. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes. Remove the pizza and turn the bottom and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with for example beef jerky, tomato puree, spinach, asparagus, ricotta and pine nuts.
