Fudgy Gingerbread Cookies December 2016
Yield: 10-15 cookies
 
Ingredients:
50 g Fitnessguru Peanut Butter Crunchy
45 g almond flour
30 g hazelnuts
110 g dates, approx. 10 pcs.
35 g Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger 
1 pinch salt
 
Method:
Mix all ingredients to a "nut butter" dough. With a rolling pin, flatten the dough thinly on a parchment paper placed on a baking pan. Place the baking pan in the freezer for 20 minutes. Make cookies with cookie cutters or roll into small balls. Store the cookies in the freezer.
