Blueberry cheesecake August 2015

Cheesecake made with baking protein and superfood.


Crust - 10 servings
1 scoop One Bake®
1,5 msk Fitnessguru Coconut Oil
½ tsk Fitnessguru® Stevia Drops
1 msk Organic Peanut Butter
1 dl Almond flour
1 dl grated Coconut
6 fresh Dates

Filling
1 scoop One Whey® Vanilla white chocolate 
500 g natural Quark (0,3% fat)
250 g Cream cheese (9% fat)
grated zest from ½ Lime
juice from ½ Lime
2 dl Blueberries

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix the dry ingredients for the crust. Add peanut butter, dates, Fitnessguru® Stevia Drops, Fitness Guru Coconut Oil and mix until it becomes a firmer dough. Spread the dough in a sheet shape (23 cm) so it covers the bottom and place in oven for 10 minutes.

Whip the One Whey® Vanilla white chocolate, cream cheese, cottage cheese, blueberries, lime and lime zest in a bowl to a cream. Fill the cream in the sheet shape. Place in the oven again for about 30 minutes.

Take out the cheesecake and wait about 30 minutes before serving.
