Raspberry scones

Try our raspberry scones, they’re perfect for breakfast or as a afternoon snack.

Scones
1 tbsp Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
1 scoop One Bake®
Fitnessguru Stevia Drops

4 dl Almond flour
2 dl Coconut flour
2 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Salt
2,5 dl Almond milk
2 dl Raspberries
 
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix almond meal, coconut flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add coconut oil into mixture until fully combined and slightly crumbly. Mix in Fitnessguru Stevia Drops of choice and amount of taste. Add milk and mix until the mixture is evenly combined Slowly and gently fold in raspberries. Make balls out of the dough and put on to the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
 
TIP: Vary your seasoning by changing the flavour on your Fitnessguru Stevia Drops or the berries to your favourite.
