Passion fruit and mango sufflé

Try our beautiful protein sufflé with a taste of mango and passion fruit.

Sufflé
2 scoops One whey® Isolate - Mango
15-30 Fitnessguru - Stevia drops - Neutral
1 tsp Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
1 cup Passion fruit juice (about 8 passion fruits)
5 pcs Egg whites

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease 4 ramekins with coconut oil. Scoop out the meat of the passion fruit and squeeze out the juice through a strainer. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks forms. Add the passion fruit juice, protein and stevia. Pour the batter into the ramekins. Cut around the edges with a small knife so that the batter comes off. Bake the sufflés in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve them directly with passion fruit and berries.
