Try our recipe of protein oats, it’s the perfect breakfast or snack that will keep you fully energized.

Protein oatmeal
2 scoops One whey® Isolate - unflavored
2 dl Fiber oats

4 dl Water
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
¼ tsp Salt

Bring water to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, add the oats, flaxseeds and water in a saucepan and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Stir into a thick concistency and add the protein. Serve with berries, nutbutter or dried fruit. Enjoy!

In a hurry? Try making your oats in the microwave: Mix the oats, flaxseeds, water and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Microwave for about 2-3 minutes, stir halfway through. Add proteinpowder and stir. Enjoy!
