Just totally amazing chocolate brownies filled with protein.

Chocolate Brownies
1 ½ scoop One Meal® Double Chocolate
1 tbsp Fitnessguru Organic Peanut Butter
2 dl Crushed oatmeal
3 tbsp Canderel Cankao (low calorie cacao powder)
1 tsp Baking powder
1 small Banana
1 dl Soy or regular milk

Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees Celcius. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients separately then stir them together into a batter. Smudge the batter on a owen form with parchment paper. Oven bake for about 10-15 minutes depending on how sticky you want your brownies. Enjoy!

Cheesecakefrosting
Mix equal low fat Philadelphia cheese with low fat quark. Add Sukrin Melis (sweetener) and vanilla powder (not vanilla sugar) after taste and how hard you want the frosting.

Peanut Butter Frosting
Mix equal parts Organic Peanut Butter and Philadelphia cheese Marabou, add a little soy milk for the right texture.
