Healthy protein rich chocolate mud cake

This protein rich chocolate mud cake is not only easy to make, it will also make your jaw drop! 

Chocolate mud cake

2 dl One Bake®
1/2 dl Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
15 Dates 
3 Eggs
1 dl Coconut flour (mix grated coconut) 
4 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Fitnessguru - Stevia drops - Chocolate

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a round cake pan with coconut oil. Mix the dates into a smooth batter. Blends all the dry ingredients and stir. Add the coconut oil and eggs to the date batter and finish by blending it together with the dry ingredients. Pour into the oiled pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the cake while it is still significantly muddy and place in the freezer for an hour. Let thaw out 5 minutes before serving and it is ready to be eaten. Preferably served with banana ice cream (mixed frozen bananas) and fresh berries! Enjoy!

TIP: If you prefer eating your mud cake warm or are in a rush, enjoy the cake directly from the oven!
