Healthy nachos

Healthy nacho chips made with baking protein and egg whites.

Nachos
2 scoops One Bake®
4 pcs Egg whites
1 tbsp Psyllium husk
2 dl Water
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Thyme
½ tsp Oregano

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Cover a frying pan with a thin layer of batter. Fry at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut the bread into triangular pieces, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, thyme and oregano. Toast the bread in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until they get golden brown.
