Delicious low carb and protein rich banana bread

This low carb and protein rich banana bread tastes amazing and is filled with nutrients. Enjoy during sunday brunch, afternoon tea or after a sweaty workout!

Low carb and protein rich banana bread
1 scoop One Whey® Vanilla White Chocolate
2 dl One Bake®
2 (preferably overripe) Bananas 
250 g Light quark 
2,5 dl Fibre oats
2 tbsp Linseeds 
1 tbsp of Chia seeds 
1/2 cup Honey (can be replaced by coconut oil and stevia)
2 tsp Baking powder

Mash the bananas and mix them together with all other ingredients to a sticky batter. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake in the oven for 40-55 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius.

(You can vary the cooking time depending on how muddy you like it, we prefer it a little muddy which takes just over 40 minutes).

TIP: Serve warm with cheese and butter, with jam or just eat it as it is. Works both as a bread or as a sweet treat!
