Delicious protein coconut macaroons ready to eat in 15 minutes!

6 Coconut Macaroons
0.75 dl One Whey® Vanilla White Chocolate
1 tsp Fitnessguru Organic Coconut Oil
1,4 dl Coconut flakes (45g)
1 Egg

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking-plate with a baking sheet. Beat the egg until light and slowly add the protein powder while stirring. Add the coconut flakes and coconutoil, stir into a thick batter. Drop the batter onto the baking-plate, bake in the middle of the oven for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and serve. Enjoy!
