Finally a healthy chocolate mousse for guilt free pleasure.

Chokladmousse
1 tbsp One Whey® Chocolate Hazelnut
2 tsp Fitnessguru Organic Almond Butter
2 ripe Bananas
1 Avocado
6 Fresh dates
4 tbsp Water
2 tsp Cocoa

Mixa bananas, avocado, water, almond butter and dates to a smooth batter, add protein and cacao. To change the consistency add more water or dates. Whip the batter fluffy with a electric handmixer. Pour the mousse into nice glasses or jars, top of with fruit, berries, nuts or coconut flakes. Enjoy!

TIPS: Vary the flavour of protein and exclude the cocoa to get beautiful and tasty variations.
