Delicious and protein rich carrot cake

Try our tasty and flavorful carrot cake made of baking protein and freshly shredded carrot.

Carrot cake
1 dl One Bake®
3 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
4 Eggs
Fitnessguru - Stevia drops - Natural of your choice
1 tbsp Almond flour
2 tbsp Coconut flour
1 dl Milk of your choice
½  tsp Ginger
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom
2 tsp Vanilla powder
2 tsp Baking powder
3 dl Grated carrot
½ tsp Salt

Frosting
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
150g Cream cheese
1 dl Quark
1 tbsp Agave
1 tsp Vanilla powder

Preheat oven to 175 degrees and shredd the carrots, grease a baking pan with coconut oil. Whip eggs and stevia together. Mix all dry ingriedients in another bowl and add to the eggs and sugar. Add the shredded carrots and melted coconut oil and stir. Pour into the baking pan and cook for about 40 minutes. Melt the coconut oil and mix together with the frosting ingredients and spread it on top of cake. Enjoy!

TIP: Decorate your carrot cake with shredded carrot, nuts or coconut flakes.
