The tastiest yet most simple protein snack or dessert!
1 scoop One Whey® Kiwi yoghurt
½ dl optional Milk
2-3 Kiwis, chopped and frozen
Let the kiwi thaw a few minutes. Stir thoroughly around all ingredients in a bowl. Beat the clutter with an electric mixer about 10-15 minutes until it gets really fluffy. Optionally, put the bowl in the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
